Xbox One Freezing, Making Buzzing Noise and then going back to Home Screen

You want my advice, I would take it back where you bought it and exchange it. A freeze/crash once in a while is normal, but not as much as you're having.

Does it happen in other games too or just Overwatch?

Titanfall does this sometimes. Makes a loud buzz and freezes for 10 seconds then crashes to the home screen. I doubt it's the publishers, seems like xbox is the one to blame.

It didn’t the console is making this weird buzzing noise after the loading screen before it goes back to the home screen. Does that mean its a problem with the disk itself? Because the disk doesnt look messed up.

I purchased the Madden bundle and the first one I had made a buzzing noise too. It was VERY annoying and even made the noise when just sitting on the home page. I returned it and the second one is almost dead silent. Definitely return it if yours is making
a buzzing noise...

I occasionally get a buzzing sound (in-game, in my case), the game freezes, and kicks me back to the dashboard. It can be a scary thought to think that your console itself could possibly be breaking, but let's try some simple stuff first.

Usually, when you find that your Xbox One console is acting weird, a good
power cycle might do the trick. Especially if you use "Instant-On" feature (in the power settings), you can effectively leave your console turned on for months, and the memory in the RAM could get corrupted sometimes which cause your Xbox to mess up.

Give that a try first, try to play normally, and report back with results.
