Xbox one freezing constantly

It's freezing mostly in game not a normal freeze but a freeze that leads to a hard reboot. It's also causing problems with my games which leads to the freeze such as in black ops 3 my guns will be invinsable or in zombies the power ups will be invisible
and don't make any noise and characters don't talk all this always leads to a freeze after the round. All around all my games are not working properly and lead to a freeze which I then need to hard reboot. any help besides repairs?

FREEZING!!!

This game is freezing up constantly. One of my favorites but the freezing is annoying. Please help fix. Oh it is also doing it on Sudoku.

Since December my xbox has been infrequently freezing. Since Sept. 5, it has been unusable due to constant freezing. Also, it won't connect to the internet and sometimes the video gets fuzzy and the audio cuts out.

I think that this is a major malfunction due to the large amounts of feedback I have found online and I refuse to pay $100 to pay for your poorly manufactured item. I had this happen with my previous Xbox and I will not continue to buy your products just
to have to pay you even more money to fix it just after the warranty expires.

 

Are you having this issue with other games too? Do you get any error messages when you run the connection test and multiplayer test from your Network settings?

I would try uninstalling Black Ops, turning the console off, unplugging the power cord for 5 minutes, then reinstalling the game and trying again. If you are using an external hard drive, if you have room on your internal hard drive, try installing it there
and see if you run into the same issues with your external drive unplugged.

 

hello, my xbox one has been slowing down and constantly freezing in game and out of game. recently it started telling me something went wrong when i try to sign in to my account as well as trying to purchase things from the marketplace. I have done complete
shutdowns and that works sometimes and did a factory reset a while ago. As of last night my xbox turns on and comes to the green start up screen that says xbox and just sits there acting like its loading in (the dots are scrolling as if its going to load)
but doesn't load in. I've unplugged it shut it down but it still hasn't changed. its been trying to load in for 2 hours now. I am just out of warranty as of 2016 so am i just at a complete loss?

 

Hey there xJKUMFx, it looks like your issue is different from BigERay427's, so you will want to start a new thread to get the most help. However, you can sometimes fix your problem by unplugging the console for 5 minutes and rebooting it with any external
hard drives disconnected. If that doesn't work, you will likely have to use the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool (support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool)
