    Xbox one freezing and shutting down


    My Xbox one freezes and shuts down during any/every video based apps(twitch, upload, Xbox video, etc) I'll be watching a video and about 1minute into it it'll freeze my Xbox and shut it down. Dont know how to fix it. I haven't been able to enjoy any apps.

    Does your XBOX360 freeze?

    Nope. We've had it shut down from overheating in the past, but not freezing

    ISSUES WITH XB ONE DISC DRIVE

    Having issues with my disc drive "freezing", it will not automatically accept the disc I wish to use at times. The only fix that seems to work is totally shutting XB ONe down and even unplugging the power supply.............any thoughts???

    Hey I have the same problem! At first it was YouTube now its all video apps.. Its been getting worse for about a month.. I tried deleting my profile then downloading my profile again which worked good for half a day now ita not working again.. Any ideas
    why??

    No idea, I've read hdmi cord could be issue but I doubt it. This morning I rearranged things and am now able to plug my internet straight into Xbox instead of wireless and so far everything is working with a problem. Not sure if it fixed it or its just doing
    well for the time being

    I'm officially off the Xbox One version of the game. Since downloading the game my XBOX ONE freezes, makes a buzzing sound and shuts down and restarts or exits to the dashboard!!!!!
