    Xbox one freezing all the time


    I have a first generation Xbox one and lately it has been freezing all the time. On every game on every screen no matter where you are it keeps freezing. I’ve done everything the Internet has said including hard reset, soft reset, video fitability etc. I’m
    trying to do a factory reset but it won’t even start without it saying Xbox home took to long to start or it freezes. i’ve made sure there are no updates available for the Xbox or any games so it is all up-to-date. What do I do???

    Hey :) I don't think this would be an issue with the game itself, so even if you did replace it you will probably experience the same freezing and lag. It would be worth clearing your cache which gets rid of any temporary files and data (including updates
    you've made to the game) and when you launch the game once more it will prompt you to reinstall them again from scratch. It usually helps issues like this.

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset
