    Xbox one freezing all the time after a factory reset


    so I bought a Xbox one to play with my brother and it just freezes all the time and then when it stops freezing I still can't play any games cause it says all the games take to long to start and I've done the factory reset I've done the troubleshoot I've
    done everything. I don't know what to do next.

    Yeah, I do mean a hard reset. And I solved my freezing problem by resetting my Xbox one to factory settings. Sucks though I have to reinstall all my games.

    Yeah, I do mean a hard reset. And I solved my freezing problem by resetting my Xbox one to factory settings. Sucks though I have to reinstall all my games.

    If you cleaned the console and also eliminated dust from the fans, it could be a malfunction of the HDD, but before pointing out this problem, we need to understand a few things. Does the console freeze or shut down? Do you use a WiFi or ethernet connection?
    Have you already reset the console to
    factory settings    ?
    Yea i have reset the console multiple times factory reset including clear all data! And the consoles freezes and does not restart on it’s own. Also i use a ethernet connection, FYI the console also does not turn off after it freezes i have to hold the power
    button and forces shut it down!

    Im guessing you have tried hard restarts and cashe clears is there a problem that is causing you to try to factory reset

    I have tried the power cycle shut down after I do that the xbox light lights up but I get no input signal on my TV. The only way I can get the signal back is to unplug the xbox and leave it unplugged for 15 or more minutes. After I get it all working again
    the xbox will freeze after i push the X button for anything. I have also tried to do a factory reset and all it does is freezes up
