    Xbox one freezing after game play


    For a week now every time I get done playing a game on the xbox one then try to watch TV the system freezes the. Shuts it's self down. I have rebooted it, changed settings, unplugged and re plugged it in, even put a fan aimed a fan at it and nothing helps.
    What do I do to fix this problem before I breaks it?

    freezing issues

    Same here, freezing right after Xbox Live sign-in. If I disconnect my WiFi adapter, then it goes to the dashboard without freezing. I didn't try to play any games yet.

    I am having the exact same issue for about the same time frame. I switch from Diablo 3 to TV after a few hours of playing. After about a few minutes, the video feed stops, but I still here sounds. Then the sound freezes. It stays frozen for a minute or so,
    then the Xbox One reboots.

    Just to add, called up xbox support and they had no clue how to fix the problem. It's looking like it's from the game. However the best "fix" I have found is after playing Diablo 3, if I shut it down right after (even if it's only long enough for it to be
    turned compleatly off) then back on nothing messes up on it.

    If you disconnect your Xbox One from the internet and try playing the game while offline, is there any difference with the game's performance or does it still freeze shortly after playing?
