Xbox One Freezes,

    Xbox One Freezes,


    I don't know if it has anything to do with the hacking but I don't see how?

    Anyway, I bought it today and it has already frozen four times one me. The first 2-3 times would be when I was in the Games & Apps section and would pause one game to install another game. Doing this causes it to freeze. The last time I just finished a game
    and was on the dashboard when the things I would like on would not pop up and then suddenly pop up all together. This froze the system.

    Each time it was frozen, I would have to unplug the cord to restart it. Is there a way to fix this or should I just exchange it for a new one?

    We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

    When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

    When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.
