xbox one freezes up as soon as we push any button

Hi. When we start our xbox one and push any button then it freezes up. what can the problem be?

Xbox Freezes in Theater Mode

As soon as I hit the start film button my xbox freezes. If anyone else is in the game, their xbox freezes too.

Xbox 360 slim keeps freezing

I'm also having problems with my console freezing, it takes about 5 minutes to sign in and when it does it freezes as soon as i push the guide button on my controller, and i cant even clear my cache because any time i go into system settings it wont load

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results.

we have the same problem with a newer xbox but when we push the sync button on the console it doesnt light up at all. doesnt spin and the power button doesnt light up either. has anyone had any luck yet?

I get the YouTube app freezing up on me also when I hit the "B" back button during a video. Then I gotta get up off my butt and go push the big button on my Xbox, ...then I figure as long as I'm up I might as well go get another beer from the frige whether
I need one or not. I think this freezing issue is turning me into an alcholic.

Same problem here! It worked great literally hours before the update. I've noticed that it will play normally if you snap it while using an app like Achievements, but as soon as you switch to playing a game it freezes. It will also unfreeze if you push the
home button and minimize it to the tile. As soon as you click it it freezes again. It's clearly a coding problem. They need to fix this ASAP!
