    Xbox one freezes up after start up, How do I fix this issue?


    My Xbox one has been having issues all day on start up, I’ve uploaded an update yesterday. After the update everything seemed like it was moving slower. Got from work the next day, jumped on the Xbox and now every time I start up it freezes and gives me
    a black screen and I can’t seem to log in or go to my settings without a black screen. Does anyone have a fix on this? I did download the Insider Xbox preview omega and it seemed like it wasn’t lagging my gameplay so I jumped out of that preview and I had
    to do a factory’s reset and now I’m having this issue.

    All XBOX ONE games freeze when start button is pushed to begin game. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

    Ring shaped scratch on the bitten of a disk after playing on new console, SPLINTERCELL blacklist disk 1

    My splinter cell blacklist ring around the bottom of the disk, after playing on a friends new console, it starts up but stays at loading screen then freezes, how do I fix or get in touch with the right people to fix it ?

    Lock Up / Freeze Issues After the Multiplayer Update?

    I'm giving up on this game until they fix the issue. Everything was fine until the update and now my Xbox always freezes after I press start at the main menu for multiplayer. Ridiculous

    I am experiencing the same issue. At first I thought it was my mouse's battery going bad/dead. So I tried a new battery, but that did NOT fix the problem!! I do not remember when it first started, it was either after I download my first extra puzzle or
    after Windows did an update or both. But since then I have been having problems playing Jigsaw; having it freeze up especially when I am trying to move a puzzle piece, trying to click on a puzzle piece to pick it up to move it, sometimes when the game loads
    up it freezes, and sometimes after I complete a puzzle it will freeze up/crash.

    Hopefully Microsoft will address/fix these "issues"/"bugs"!

    I have the same problem. Can't get to the home screen while logged in, and freezes when loading a profile after start up. Sucks! All you can do is "play now" without signing in. Come on Xbox and EA fix this!
