Xbox One Freezes then Wont work

Last Tuesday my xbox one kept constantly freezing while playing the division....once it froze i would have to force shut it down by holding the power button for 10 seconds. After that the Xbox one would get a white powerlight but nothing would display...
TV says No Signal...Well after doing a hard reset a few times(unplugging the xbox and power-supply) it would come on only to freeze again. I reset my xbox one to factory default and reinstalled my game and have been playing successfully tell today. Today I
was playing the division and again the game froze then froze my entire xbox...I couldnt use any menu options at the home screen....So i forced my xbox off again and now its doing the same thing except this time a hard reset(unplugging everything even for up
to 30 minutes) is not working....Ive tried a new power supply and a different HDMI cord...and this has happened on two different tvs.

posting here because Microsoft support chat has ignored me 5 different times.

general issues

I am part of the preview program/insider hub, whatever its called now and my xbox is turning on but wont load anything. it worked fine last night, then i traveled to spend the weekend with my father and upon plugging it in and turning it one it wont work.
the console loads up just fine but then if i try to connect it to the internet or load a game it takes a long time then tells me it didnt work and to reset the console and then it just freezes.

 

Game aren't loading or starting.

I have 29 games installed on my Xbox one and not a single game is working. Some will start and then freeze at a loading screen, when other just wont start at all.

Everything was working fine yesterday all of a sudden a update for fortnite came out I installed it and then no games would work please help.

 

Left it unplugged all night and still the same result...Power light comes on when pressed but no display like its not booting.

I have had some issues with The Division too (froze a couple of times) but I have been able to just restart and everything was okay.

 

Same thing happens to us when we play lego marvel avengers every time. dont know why

 

The same exact thing happened to me with The Division and even after I factory reset my xbox it still happens :/
