Xbox one freezes then won't start up properly

A couple of days ago I was playing a game and the graphics started to get buggy, so I backed out to the home screen to restart but my Xbox froze up. I did a hard reset and turned it back on but there was no signal to my tv. So I reset the display settings
but still nothing. After a lot of messing around and support chats it randomly started working. then today I couldn't launch any apps and it again froze. Now I noticed my Xbox won't go into sleep mode, I can only turn it off by holding the button down. It
will power up normally but my controller can't sync to it and there is no signal to my tv. the weird part is, it will work without a problem after I simply pick it up and lightly shake it up and down, but eventually freezes up and does the same thing. The
Xbox is in perfect condition and I can't find a reason why it would suddenly start acting up. I also should mention that I did not recently move the Xbox or hit it with anything to cause the issue. Thanks for any help, I really don't want to send it in

I'm going to try in a minute, thanks for the suggestion! Also a problem that does keep occuring sometimes is that it says "for some reason we couldn't start guide" or any other program.

So, I haven't played Xbox for maybe a month now and decided to get back on it... except it's bloody broken. It starts of pretty slow, the greenscreen with the three dots taking about a minute to load. Then when it finally loads it works nice adnd smooth
for about 30 seconds... then it just freezes. Only ONE thing still works after the freeze and that is if I hold down the middlebutton on the Xbox controller and it gives me the option to restart, quit and help or whatever it says, and of course if I just close
that window down it's still frozen in the background. I have restarted it. I have restarded it by pressing the xbox power button (if you can call it that) for 10 seconds). I have pulled all the cables. All of this results in the same way, just restart, wait
ages, work for about 1 minute and then freeze. Any help would be appreciated!

 

This sounds like a problem with the console's hardware, my guess would be specifically with its GPU.

Your best option would be to contact Xbox Support at
