    XBOX One freezes on startup of fortnite


    My Xbox one freezes on startup of Fortnite and battlefield but not other games stored on hard drive or disc. Then I get the error message that it took too long to load. Tried hard reset, erasing and reinstalling game, and resetting MAC address. I am
    out of ideas. Please help!

    on Xbox one on fortnite everytime I open it it loads then when I get it a game it crashes and freezes for a second then it will just shutdown my Xbox one

    Xbox Freezes when Connecting to Live

    Right on the startup, freezes when the circles is rotating then stops.

    Unplugged router, xbox turns on fine, then try to connect to live, freezes again.

    If you have a disc in the system. Manually remove it via the instructions on the xbox website. Then try to start up again.

    I started another thread about issues with startup, and updates regarding being plugged into a surge protector. I have been informed that the xbox one has its own surge protector in it so you are supposed to plug it directly into the wall. May fix some
    issues due to less than optional power. Apparently the surge protector keeps the xbox from getting proper power at times.
