    1. During gameplay in Halo 5 if I look at a players gamer card and profile the screens freezes or takes a long time to react.

    2. This suppport site is like running around in circle. The options and flow should be more concise.

    HOW TO FIX THE FREEZING GLITCH

    To anyone still experiencing this issue, I just finished the game on co-op on Xbox 360. The trick to avoiding the second player freezing is to join the game while the host is in a dead zone. When you exit the dead zone, all the players in the party then get synced up during the loading screen. After that no more freezing. Have fun smashing heads....

    Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. I am having the same problem and it seems to be getting worse. Haven't been able to find a legitimate answer anywhere.

    I called Microsoft Xbox One support and they claimed they would be reaching out to the developers. I'm having issues with Halo 2 as well; constantly freezing and crashing. It's the game, because Halo 5, Halo Infinite, Minecraft and all my other games work. Waiting to hear back.
