Xbox one freezes after load screen

    Xbox one freezes after load screen


    My xbox one loads to dashboard. Identifies my gamer tag. I can move to different icons.

    When I attempt to select an activity, play a game etc. Nothing happens. Chatted with tech support yesterday.

    Cleared system, reset etc. Xbox stills freezes.

    Only way to get system working is a hard reboot, or unplugging the system.

    Any suggestions?

    First thing with Hearthfire

    That is strange because i found all load screens to be much slower with an occasional freeze. The load screen freezes had stopped after one of the patches but have returned.

    i have this same problem ,only recently started happening,every time i turn on my xbox one, i can navigate around the dashboard but cant select anything,,i have to do a system reset ,which seems to fix everything

    My xbox has started to do this as well. I shouldn't have to hard reset everytime I want to play a game.

    Halo Master Chief Collection not working

    I've been having the same issue. On Xbox One X it gets stuck/freezes on loading. After several attempts I left it on the frozen loading screen.. after 10 mins it loads in correctly.
    May I ask how you stayed on the frozen loading screen? Ten seconds after freezing on my Xbox One X the game just quits out. I cant stay on the frozen screen for long.

    Just tried yours. After 3-5 minutes it finally took me tk the main menu.

    o i guess i should mention that i used osudt2 since i wasnt freezing at green screen and it wasnt a new xbox one. it goes right to ERror screen conact support e203. riht after it loads the green screen.
