Xbox one freeze

Discus and support Xbox one freeze in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my Xbox keeps freezing the moment it turns on. I can't do anything g or its will freeze? What should I do?     Xbox one freeze


    my Xbox keeps freezing the moment it turns on. I can't do anything g or its will freeze? What should I do? I keep turning it off and on. Same problem

    This has got nothing to do with game freezing. We can't even get to the "game" part.

    The console goes to main screen when turned on. We're told that we're "disconnected from the internet" (when everything else at home is connecting fine). The screen freezes when we press the guide button in an attempt to go to settings to connect to the
    internet, OR when we click the "disconnected from the internet" tile. From here, we can't scroll anywhere, can't even return to home. We've to hard reset it maybe 10 times. It goes on for 15-30 minutes until it resolves itself. and then it happens again soon.

    Minecraft on xbox one freezing during gameplay.

    We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

    When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

    When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.
