Xbox one freeze with buzzing sound

ive recently bought assassins Creed unity for xbox one and I was around 2 and a half hours in and all of a sudden the game froze and there was a buzzing noise coming through the tv speakers and after 10 seconds it goes to dashboard

i can carry on playing again instantly but it happens again after 5 mins

never had had this before so I was seeing if anyone else has had the same problem

i thought maybe my console got too hot so I left it for an hour and put it back on and it still did it

I'm officially off the Xbox One version of the game. Since downloading the game my XBOX ONE freezes, makes a buzzing sound and shuts down and restarts or exits to the dashboard!!!!!

This is happening to me too. Does yours have a loud buzzing sound when it freezes in campaign?

Glad it's not just me. Do any of your other games do the same? I've only tried assassins creed. I've spoken to xbox and I have to send my xbox to them for repair. Wouldn't be a problem if they wanted me to send via UPS which is an hours drive away

 

well I just got the cod bundle and its been doin the same while im in multiplayer match only happened bout 3 times ..... but I have halo on disc and it did the freeze with audio buzz and kicked me to dash ...... I have ac unity on digital and have not had
any issues with it so far and im like 13 hours in ..... how long will it take them to repair your xbox ?

 

I wouldn't submit the Xbox for repair just yet...there are a ton of known issues, stability and otherwise known through out the ACU Community. You can see the status of what they are working on and for what consoles at the link below:

I am having the same issues with Halo Master Chief Collection as well.

 

so your halo mcc has had the audio buzz freeze crash as well master ? mine did it while it was loading level 2 in campaign hasn't happened in ac unity at all I think they're just the games and not the consoles ...... but none of my friends have experienced
nothing like this so I dunno what it is

 

Mine it with warframe, when I turned it off, and now when I try to play warframe I get "we couldn't get your latest saved data try again or use this game or app offline. Also some screen snow lines when the buzzing happened. :/

 

Mine has been doing this with UNITY and Master Chief Collection. I went to support to get help, but the problem persists. I thought something was wrong with my console. I haven't had this issue until I played MCC and then UNITY.

 

I have had the same problem was playing assassins creed last night the game froze. So i shut down the xbox left it for a while then tried again no luck so i have left the xbox over night. Tryed playing the xbox today and it goes to the home screen wont
load any think no t.v no games try turn off the xbox through control and press up to go on shut down button and its taking like 5/10 second just to go on the button ?

 

I had the same thing happen last week while playing Madden 15. Cleared the persistent data 3 times via the Bluray settings and it hasn't happened since.

 

how do u clear the persistant data? mine buzzez and crashes on sleeping dogs and the crew

your persistent storage completing the following steps:

• From the Dashboard, Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller.
• Select Settings and then Disc & Blu-ray.
• Select Persistent Storage and then select Clear Persistent Storage.
