Xbox One Freeze and Restart

I do not know if this has to do with the game at all; however, the Xbox One did freeze, I tried to quit the game then it restarted. Watch the video below, I happened to capture it.

Should I be concerned/has anyone else seen this?

Freeze and Restart

I ended up returning mine to Game with the receipt, just ring them up, there's a little process you have to go through to get a reference number and you'll need video evidence of it happening. Then they'll just replace the Xbox. It's a problem with the graphics
chip I think, so somebody told me.

Sorry this happened, I would like to know more about the incident, has this happened before or since?Has this happened on other games? If it hasn't happened since or before I would say it's nothing to worry about, however if the problem continues to happen
please try removing the game from the xbox and reinstalling. If after that the problem isn't resolved please stop back by with more info so that we can work together to correct this issue or get you the help you need.

Yes, I blew it off thinking it was the title being played from EA Access.

Until it happened on a title that never had issues and now during sign-in ( but i'll post on that if I can figure out a fix).

You could also try removing the profile and then re signing in.

Just do the steps below:

In your computer:

Format the USB stick in NTFS. Just plug the USB stick in the computer and Windows Open the "my computer". Locate the Flash drive inside the "my computer" and click with the right mouse button on the Flash drive, choose format and confirm that in "file system"
it says NTFS. If you are FAT or FAT 32 file system, change to NTFS.

Download the file www.xbox.com/.../restorefactorydefaults

Open the file and just copy the Folder called "$SystemUpdate" to the pendrive

In your console:

With the console turned off, plug the pendrive in your console

Now, press the Sync buttons Control + Eject at the same time, do not release these two buttons. With the two buttons pressed, switch on the console and just keep holding the buttons Sync + Eject to appear on the screen the message preparing the console.
After the message appears, you can let go.

On the TV screen will appear that the console is being repaired and the screen may flash a few times. When the drawing of the control on the console screen, just plug it in and follow the instructions for configuring the console.

If this cannot solve your issue, you'll need to open an repair order in myservice.xbox for your console

Hi,

I have had similar problem with an slow connection (less than 10Mb/s) . What I did was test it with cable direct connexion from Xbox One to the router. I disconnected other devices from the router and disabled WiFi. It worked flawlessly for a movie and some
navigation, so I isolated the problem.

Then, I tried WiFi again, only with Xbox One connected. I used static IP for the console, activated DMZ on router for that machine and changed WiFi channel to free one (I used WiFi Analyzer App on my Smartphone to check it before). Also, I put router in
a higher place (at 5 foot) and more in visual line with Xbox One.

After doing all that, powering router after some minutes disconnected and configuring Xbox One WiFi again, it is working flawlessly, with not very good quality image because of compression, but I can use movies apps with no problem at all.

Maybe this can help and you also have a problem with your router connection.
