How to claim my one-month free trial of Xbox LIVE Gold?

It's only new accounts created on the console that get the freebie one month. Up to three accounts can get the freebie on any one console too.

The next Games with Gold game for Xbox One has not been announced yet but what ever it is, should more than likely be available on the 1st of next month. The current ones can be found on the below page.
