Xbox One France SFR TV Probleme

Salut,

Depuis aujourd'*** vers 11h, le visionage de la télé (TV) depuis l'application TV (décodeur SFR branché la Xbox One) fonctionne très très mal.

C'est a dire qu'il n'y a plus de son et que l'image bloque toutes les 2s environ.

Après avoir vérifié tous les réglages possible coté Xbox One, j'ai branché le décodeur SFR directement ma télé et la tout fonctionne bien.

2 possibilités :

Soit SFR a fait une mise a jour,

Soit c'est coté Xbox One qu'il y a eu une mise jour.

Jusqu' se matin tout fonctionnait parfaitement.

Have you tried one of the following:

1) Making sure the HDMI-in cable is firmly connected?

2) Powering off and on the set top box?

3) Doing a hard reboot of the Xbox One (Press + hold power button for 10 seconds)

Bonjour, j'ai également le même problème, j'ai essayer les trois solutions sans succès, en redémarrant la xbox j'arrive des fois retrouver la tv mais une fois console éteinte au redémarrage cela ne fonctionne plus du tout pour moi.

i have try all your solution, but nothing work.

TV freeze all 2 second and no sound.

 

Sorry to hear that. Can both of you let me know the exact manufacturer and model number for your set top boxes?
