xbox one framerate and stuttering (sept 2016)

sometime during September with all the console updates that have been coming out, i have noticed in multiple different games the framerate is dropping and/or stuttering quite often, wasn't happening before.

Halo: MCC Question

Has anyone else noticed that Halo: The MCC's campaigns have occasional framerate stuttering? I can imagine this might be common, since the graphics are so good and the Xbox One is apparently outdated hardware even now.

Preordered battlefield one on sept 28, 2016. Have not gotten the 15,000 points advertised for doing so. Please help

 

Hey buddy,

Try a hard reset of your console. With the console on, hold the power button for 10 seconds. The console will suddenly shut down, then boot it back up again and hopefully that will sort it out. Works for me when it happens.

If that doesn't sort the issue out, the next thing to try would be a factory reset.

 

dude, nothing you see here will work, look through the forums and see for yourself, multiple people are having this issue, its not a rare nay freak occurance, since the september update many users have been having this issue.

microsoft, you need to wake up an see the truth, the numbers, dates and user complaints are far too lined up for it be a mere coincidance that its anything BUT the FORCED update to fix exactly what it's caused.

but hey, we're only customers, you've got our money so like every other company just stonewall us with things that you know wont work in way at all.
