Xbox one fps lag on all games and crashing.

So for a while now on all games i've played there has been a lot of slowdown and fps lag. I dealt with it thinking that it may just be the game. Today I attempted to the Battlefield 1 for the first time in a while and the game was running horribly slow.
Even single player games run like this now. Simple games like roblox and minecraft even have lag like ive never seen on this console. And sometimes games will straight up say ive been disconnected from the server due to my internet, while im still able to
talk in party chat or use anything else requiring internet. Ive cleared my cache, deleted games, and done multiple cold resets. All to no avail. This is the original Xbox One so im wondering if its simply time to replace it or if theres something i can do
to fix these issues.

Lag issues ?

I am having freezing and crazy lag. Moved from ps3to Xbox one and I am regretting it wtf... All I see is lag problems every game from sports games to fps ...

 

Xbox One X Stuttering Lag

Currently during games of both Call of Duty WW2 and Overwatch, I will get a lag freeze for about a second then get constant stuttering lag until I hard reset my Xbox One X. My character will be fine but all other character and environment models have about
.5 FPS. This has never happened before with my Day One Xbox One. Ive tried resetting my router, xbox, games and am unsure what is going on.

 

Have you checked your internet circuit to make sure it is operating properly?

 

My internet is fine almost all the time. Never truly have internet lag. Only random disconnects without losing internet.
