Xbox One Forza Horizon 2 Problems (LOADING WALLS)

I am playing Forza Horizon 2 for Xbox One and Ill be driving my car and I will be hitting constant loading Walls. As I am driving, the ground will start to disappear and so will the scenery then my car will stop and so will the traffic behind me. I am stuck
at this loading wall until the next area loads.

Forza is the only game I have issues with

There is no issue with the disc and the OS system is up to date. The internet connection is fine as well. I really don't know the problem. I called up xbox support and they said I have to update the OS but it is already up to date.

HELP!

Forza Horizon Loading Walls!

Ignore the bad quality and driving (video is just illustrating the issue)...While Playing FH2, I keep hitting loading walls to the point where the game is unplayable. It is weird because the rest of the world will continue as normal until they hit the same
loading wall.

Things I have done to solve it: Re install FH2. Update Xbox one OS. Called Xbox support multiple time. This issue has been happening to only FH2 and not any other game and has been happening since January.

In addition, the game disk is not scratched or scuffed in anyway

Have you tried a hard reset of the console ?

If that's been done have you tried deleting then re installing the game?

I would try those first.
