Xbox One “For Some Reason app Took Too Long To Start (0x8027025a)

All my app and game except youtube cannot launch anymore

I DID NOT BUY XBOX1 just to watch youtube (cause I can watch youtube anywhere)

I want to continue playing but IF this keep up I might had to switch to another console like PS4

Please assist I tried all the method online

agreed, with error that says "For some reason TV took too long to start. (0x8027025a)"

 

Here you're indicating that everything besides Youtube work

And here you're implying that ONLY Youtube works, could you be more specific about the issue you're having and which steps you've already tried ?

 

Only youtube app works

the rest of the app is error message like For Some Mediaplayer/The division/FIFA16 app Took Too Long To Start

The method are factory reset

Hard reset soft reset

Plug in Plug out

All the method I googled

Usually a hard reset fixes this issue, and if that didn't work a factory reset should have really fixed the issue. If you're still having issues after performing both of these please try the following.

1. Try
looking for updates. Go to Settings, All Settings,
Console info and updates, and see if it says "Update Available". if it does, do the update.

2. Try
removing your profile and adding it back. Go to Settings,
All Settings, Remove Accounts, select the account that you want to remove. Select
Remove to confirm. When you're finished select close. Then double press the home button and select
Restart. When your console comes back up add your profile back to the system.

3. If both of those do not work try the factory reset again
deleting data. Go to Settings, All Settings, System, Console info & Updates,
Reset Console. Then select Reset and remove everything. This will make you reinstall all your games and re-sync all your saves and settings. If you have an external hard drive, unplug it after this and try installing
a couple games / apps to your console. After those are installed, try launching from your console and
not the external drive.

Is your Xbox by any chance set to Instant on ? If so try changing the powermode to Energy saving.
