Xbox one followers not removed after blocking

My son is having the same problem. Someone added him while playing a game and followed him he cant remove or block them. After this person added and followed him our Xbox One wouldn't allow him to continue playing the game and said he had to sign in which
he was already signed in. This system has a lot of problems and Microsoft needs to get them fixed before they get to many complaints like they did with the 360.

 

I have also same problem. Two players, who I have removed and blocked still exists. The other one has been there now about a year. I see him signing up everyday. The other one is annoying, because he signs up every 5 minutes as long he is playing in one
day. It disturbs my playing very much, because I get announcement about him signing every time he does that. Removing them, blocking them, removing my profile didn't help.

What should I do?

player from both your Xbox One and from Xbox.com.

Now I've new stupid ***, gamertag sublethal50cal, who invites me to party constantly. I've sent complaint about him, but he is still sendinding me invites to party. I tried to block him, but that doesn't help. DO SOMETHING TO THESE *** *** OR I STOP PLAYING

Yep same problem here have called support many times only to be given same old run around turn this off,remove this,reset, that,Have 3 people who are on my followers list and at same time my blocked list ??? also recently a blocked players online status
pops up saying he is online when he is not on any list but blocked list.Also more recently in followers it would start showing the games I own in followers as I'm following which I never do or have done I unfollow the games and day or 2 later there back again
come on xbox wheres the support!!

 

Hey there, Mike! The games are there by design. If you play them, they will show up so that you can see what's going on in the community for that game. If you would like that feature changed, you will need to post up on the

Feedback site.

As for your follower issue, this thread is quite old. We will need some more information in order to look into this. Can you send me a private message with
the exact time (including your time zone) that you last blocked these users, and their gamertags, please? You can send me a private message by clicking the envelope at the bottom of my post.

If you are unsure the last time you blocked them, please unblock these users and block them again for me. We'll be able to handle it further in private messages. Thanks for understanding!
