Xbox One Fitness: Error Code 1000

Discus and support Xbox One Fitness: Error Code 1000 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm having the same issue and I also have the new dashboard update.     I'm having the same issue and I also have the new dashboard update. Uninstalling and installing the Xbox Fitness App again didn't solve the issue. :/

    I have been getting this error since I upgraded to the new preview dashboard please fix it soon I need to get my workouts in!

    I'm also experiencing this problem constantly at the moment and distinctly more during peak times in the evening (GMT +1 time zone). It's making the service close to un-playable. Detailed network stats. are:

    Download speed: 46.28 Mbps

    Upload speed: 8.11 Mbps

    Packet loss: 0%

    MTU: 1480

    Latency: 197 ms

    Router/modem: Deutsche Telekom Speedport W 921V

    Support have indicated before that it's because of the latency but I've had flawless sessions on days where the latency was higher, so this is dubious.

    I can even get into Xbox Fitness, but it is when I try to do a workout it comes up with that same error. I need answers fast!!

    I guess I'll jump in too! I'm experiencing the same error 1000 at all times and have tried the uninstall and such but no luck. I don't have any issues with anything else but I am part of the preview program and have the new dashboard update.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Upload Speed: 4.33 Mbps

    Packet Loss: 1%

    MTU: 1480

    Latency: 75 ms
