    I recently got Doom Eternal on disc and as of today, it seems that my Xbox will no longer play it. I have tried other Xbox One discs and they don't work either. However, Xbox 360, Blu-Rays, DVDs, and CDs work fine. I called Xbox support and they could
    not help me. I've held the power button, I've unplugged it, I've unplugged the power brick, even to the point that of resetting the system (I have an external hard drive so my games are there). The only time I can play Xbox One games are the ones that I've
    downloaded. It seems that my Xbox One first gen is a massive Xbox One S All-Digital, which is fine but it does mean the game I just got I may have to get again! I'm just trying to see my options.

    Seems like an issue with your disc driver. I suggest you to file for repairs.

    My console is running the latest update, and my account seems fine. I keep thinking this is some kind of software issue from the update cause everything else is fine.
