    hi there, I have been having issues with my xbox one first day edition, since the part few updates, it seems like my xbox can't keep up as it crashes all the time, with games and apps, sometimes I want to open a game or app and it will freeze on the loading
    screen of the app or game and I will have to reset the console, some other times it would go back to the home screen and won't be able to open any other app or game the image of the app or game would appear in the main screen as if I were using that app or
    game but it wouldn't actually work so id have to reset again, and other times even when I switch the console on and off, it wouldn't start so I would have to do a hard reset for it to work, then it would work fine until it crashes again and starts doing those
    random crashes all over again...

    one day old xbox brought for my daughter. played the first day now wont even load

    this is ridiculous. xbox one edition with minecraft package. anyone else having problems

    I'm having an issue with the Xbox One app on Windows 10

    It continuously loads, doesn't open, and eventually crashes.

    when it crashes does it show some kind of error code? Or it just freezes?

    Just to be sure, you did try the power cycling steps like mentioned on this link?

    If you have done so, then I would advise you to contact Xbox Support, to check what they advise to do, since often freezes may indicate something is wrong. To contact Xbox Support use:

    On the Day One edition, I wonder how long the achievement will be active from. If you have to get it on the first day, it'll take a little value away from the uniqueness of the Day One edition right?

    Black Box is Day One Edition. Green is the regular edition, but was also sold on the first day alongside Day One editions. They were both the same price retail, but I'm sure some people are selling black boxes for more via eBay, etc.
