Xbox One - Final Fantasy XV bug?

OK I play the game from the beginning, after a couple of fights I get the message 'Your profile has changed then I am taken back to the last save point, which is the forth every time, so I cannot advance in the game.

Should I just return the game as this useless.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.

Hello ratnamaze,

The Digital Premium edition of Final Fantasy XV is eligible for the Games on Demand punchcard. Final Fantasy XIV is not eligible for this punchcard, but I'm pretty sure you were asking about the newest one, XV. Just wanted to be clear!

Hi. Have you tried reinstalling the entire game to see if this solves it? You might want to check to see if your disc is scratched or not. Also, try deleting the entire game save and start fresh by going to Manage game and add-on by hitting Menu button
after highlighting FFXV. Then delete the game save everywhere. If this doesn't work, I would recommend buying a digital version of FFXV as I feel physical copies are fragile and outdated.
