Xbox One Fightpad Needed.

I agree with THE CLINIC: The Xbox one in its current state is garbage. Fighting game fans expected a fightpad for Killer Instinct. This is a terribly missed opportunity for Microsoft to add to their booty. The revenue missed by not having a fightpad available
for an exclusive game like Killer Instinct upon release would require me to lop off the head of my marketing department director. Give us a fightpad or I will be a PS4 player in the near future. - LASTAXSHUNHERO

Looking for a *quite* joystick for fighting games.

I own the Hori EX2 and the Tournament Edition Street Fighter arcade stick. They're all about the same when it comes to making noise. Your best bet is to get a fightpad to play your fighting games on. Super quiet.

So they should release a controller specifically designed for fighting games when the is only one such game out. And this makes the whole machine crap? Ok I see the logic. I'm wandering if everyone complained this much when the 360 came out because nothing
from the xbox original worked on that system either. So basically your saying that because the system doesn't cater to you exact and individual needs, it's clearly a crap machine? Well ok then!

 

Anyone who did an ounce of research prior to xbox one release knew that all old xbox 360 peripherals would not carry over to the new console. After researching that, one would check to see if any new peripherals were planned for xbox one in the near future.....if
one did this research and was dissatisfied with what was being released (or not released) one might choose not to buy until a later date, if at all....basic stuff here.

 

Well i think the One digipad is way better the the improved on the 360 an i can play really good with it. But it is never bad to have a Fighting Pad at hand especially for Online Play. But Im sure there will be one in the future or an Converter etc.

 

I don't care if people complain that x1 is not quite suited to their needs yet. It's obviously not going to be for everyone until it gets more established and has more options available. What bugs me is that op says all this stuff and then says if it's not
changed he is going to the ps4. Like it's a big threat or something. If you can't say things in a mature and well thought out manner, you should post here. Throwing a tantrum like a child will get you no where.

I'm sry im not like this but I come on here every day to help people out with there questions and read other peoples threads and all I been seeing is stupid comparisons of the xbox1 and the ps4 and it's just stupid already.

 

I think they should have made a voice synthesizer with a headset that reads brain waves to save me talking to the connect they have lost so much money not making that not! KI isnt even that great why would it need its own controller?

 

When Street Fighter 4 was released, so was a very expensive controller for fighting games. Developing a specialised controller is expensive and requires a high profile game to help it generate profit. If a new Street Fighter or perhaps Tekken comes soon,
you can maybe expect to see the accessory you want.

So you are going to go to PS4 for what fighting game? And I am almost positive any PS3 fight pads dont work.on PS4. I love when people make these statements.

 

I think fighting game fans should hold station for a while there is no real incentive for either of the new consoles just now. Microsoft have squandered the opportunity given to them by having Killer instinct as a launch title.
