Xbox One features are disabled due to a parental control restriction on your Microsoft account

I get this error message from my childs account. She's trying to play Warframe. I've set her content access to unrestricted, signed out, back in but still get the same message.

If anything, I wish I could turn this off completely but I can't find where to do it. We've played this a ton on PC and want to play it on Xbox One now but cannot.

If someone could either tell me how to remove all restrictions for all accounts on this Xbox One or, perhaps point out something I'm forgetting on her account. Again, I've turned off ALL restrictions under Content Restrictions to: Unrestricted

WARFRAME

I downloaded it but when I try to play it says "Xbox One features are disabled due to a parental control restriction on your Microsoft account." but I'm 17 so I have everything set to adult privileges. What do I do?

 

i can't get contracts to work

my game is telling me that, "online service is disabled on your Xbox live account due to parental control restrictions" now I have turn off all the parental things and still no hitman contracts.....Help

Did you do this in your account? Did you try online. Who has the main account?

 

No, I've never got a resolution. I went to Warframe support and they say it's Microsoft preventing even though Microsoft has a system where I can decide to allow or deny. It's been very frustrating and we basically gave up.

My grand daughter will turn 13 next month in which the barrier will be lifted. It's a shame though. We play fine on PC but can't on Xbox One.

 

You can call in and support will be able to assist you. They are amazing and they will be able to fix this for you.
