    Xbox one fat won't turn on (no "on" sound, and not hot)


    When I press the button to turn on, it doesn't anything, but when I connect the controller (USB) it vibrates and I can turn the console on, but it doesn't make any "on" sound and then 3 seconds later it turns off. I noticed that when I connect to the power, the led turns white for 3 seconds, then orange, then white for 3 seconds again, then come back to orange, then it repeat again and stay orange.
    The console is clean, it's with a game inside that I can't take off, and I don't know what else to do. I tried other outlets, and nothing worked until now.
    [update 1] I tried the power brick on other Xbox one and it's working just fine. So, the problem is on the console

    Hi Christian,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with console not turning on. I suggest the guide for console
    not powering on    . Just select original Xbox one console. If it still will not turn on, you can go to device support.
    Here you can register console, check warranty status, and set up a repair. Try all the steps and let us know.

    Yes everything transfers fine to be xbox. Even campaign modes saves where you left off. Good luck though with the Xbox. Mine won't stay running for more then 15 minutes and shuts off. Getting too hot and just shuts off. Controller won't turn machine back
    on and have to manually turn it on.

    Steps are the same as warranty devices, unles is a discontinued device, then it won't be possible to get a service trough Microsoft

    Has any one had issues with Xbox Series S overheating? I am on my 3rd console and have had same issue with all 3 with no help or good results from Microsoft.

    What games are you playing when it turns off? Because it sounds like it’s going to protect mode are you playing call of duty, NBA?

    If you don’t get a message saying it’s overheated, it’s not overheated. Consouls especially tiny ones like series S are going to get hot. They are designed to get hot and it’s not a matter of concern.
