Todas as vezes que tento jogar no meu xbox one fat, ele carrega a tela inical do jogo e depois volta pro menu do xbox, todas as outras funções estão normais, como youtube facebook e etc, so não consigo rodar jogos, já atualizei e restaurei o modo de fabrica
mais sem sucesso. alguem tem ideia do que pode ser?

isso acontece com todos os jogos, e não aparece nenhuma mensagem de erro, apenas quando inicio o jogo ele volta para o memu inical do xbox.

Sorry about that issue, but it sounds like your Xbox one cant handle any games due to an hardware issue or software issue...
