Xbox one, farming simulator 2019- unable to join friends game

Experiencing problems with multiplayer, my friend can not join my game, comes up with connection can not be established, we thought after the game had updated they may have sorted this issue, but no such luck, i cant join his game either, we played several
hours with each other both on the same internet as we are on now and for some reason it started doing this but we still havent found a solution

Hi there!

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to try and help.

First, you need to
power cycle the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console until it shuts down and then remove the power cord from the console and the power outlet. Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes and then try again.

If the issue continues try out a
soft factory reset, where you reset and keep games and apps installed. Accounts on the console will be removed and you will need to re-connect to your network during the setup. Make sure you have your account's login information so you can sign
back in during the set-up.

Try both of those steps and let us know the results!

Halo 5 is a good one, Gears of War has always been a great coop game in my opinion. If farming games are on your list of games then farming simulator 17 is a great game to play with friends and viewers.
