Xbox one fan noise

Hi all, I was wondering whether this fan noise is normal. Doesn't sound to bad
but it's louder than my ps4 whilst idle. Very high pitched and irritating, does anybody else have this? Also the psu(power supply) fan is constantly loud, even in a well ventilated place. Thanks for reading!

My new Xbox s fan is making a weird noise. Xbox is not messing but fan is making noises. Any comment?

My Xbox one console is making a fan spinning noise all the time

 

Mine is just like that, starting to think this is the norm. Brand new overdrive console here.

 

I'm sorry, it's probably not what you want to hear but that sounds normal to me. I had to turn my headset nearly all the way up to hear it.

My sunset overdrive console is also similar. Does it make a high pitched-ish noise when sitting 3-4 feet away? Mine does.

 

There isn't anything normal about it!! Mine I got at the end of August and it was dead quiet, quieter than my 360.

Now after the October update it just got loud like the recording up above. Now it won't stop and it's louder than my 360.

It's a very annoying noise as you can hear it no matter what you do and the pich of it irritates me after abit and I have to stop playing etc.

When will Microsoft acknowledge there is something wrong with the Xbox one or the October patch.

Also seems tobe just xboxes without the kinect!
