Xbox one fan clicking when playing games

I have had my Xbox one since maybe 2016 and recently I have started to hear a slight clicking noise/ ticking noise coming from the fan when ever I play a game that is digital download. I have had it looked at before the person who looked at it has also ripped my void sticker on it and I know it’s out of warranty. What else can I do. If I need a new fan I ain’t keen on trying to replace it myself.
