    Xbox one family sharing issues


    Hello I have an issue with understanding the family sharing options on the XBOX consoles, I have read several threads but I am struggling to get this working

    As Christmas has now been we have two Xbox one consoles in eh house, one for each one each of my children, I have now created a family account and added each child as a family member and each Xbox now has the relevant child login info, this all works.

    As the parent I have the XBOX game pass and gold subscription and I want to be able to share this with both children and this is where I fall over flat on my face, can anyone please provide instructions or where I can get them to be able to do this or is
    it not possible?

    child2 account - child2@house .com (on Xbox 2 console)

    I have watched you tube relating to setting home xbox but when trying to access fortnite on both Xbox consoles using the children accounts one just fails to connect no mater what so failed big time, any help would be most appreciated

    Sharing is tied to the Home console. You can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time. So your kida would be able to access your games/gold on one of the consoles. You would either need to be signed in on the non-Home console as well when they want
    to play or make the purchases on one of the child accounts. Then child 1 sets child 2's console as their Home and child 1 can then sign into their console and still access everything because it's tied to their account.

    Yes i am, I've done further research and discovered that because I got the newest Dashboard update last night that it doesn't work with him, he's in the preview program too, so maybe we just have to wait till he gets it.

    But I'm also confused as to why it's not showing up on xbox.com that I've "Already Purchased" it, I know my Credit Card was charged for it.

    Yep. I have both my daughters using my old Xbox One X (which is setup as my home console) while I play on my Series X. Works a treat.
