  1. Xbox One Family ... multiple homes?

So here is a question I haven't found an answer for. I have a split home, my kids spend most of the year with their mother and share time in a different state with their stepmother and I. We have an Xbox One and have them as family members (of course)
on my account. If I were to buy an Xbox One for them to have at their mother's house would I have to buy a second gold account for that xbox? would I have to have them set it up using my account somehow? Or could they simply sign in with their gamertags and
be good to go for accessing out digital games and playing online with me?

    :)

Can a family have multiple GAMERTAGS for one account? Is there a version of XBOX live that has multiple Gamertags? Do I have to get a different account for each kid?

    Thanks

Elder Scrolls Online will lock-out people with used or rented copies.

so what if you have a family of kids and multiple xbox ones in the home, sorry but i don't justify buying multiple copies of the same game for one household of my kids.

Sorry but an account can only have one console set as the Home console at a time. Also the Home console can only be changed 3 times per year.

If you were going to purchase another Xbox One console for the other residence then there would need to be a Gold membership account on that console in order to share it to the kids.

  5. Also, as I understand it, in order for them to play my downloaded games on their XB1 I would have to set that console as my home console and in turn won't be able to play them on my own console here?

You can play the games on any console you want as long as you are signed in. In order for anyone else to play your games, they have to be on the console you have set as your Home console.

Small addition, be aware that you can only be signed in at one console from the same generation at the same time.
