    So I am still a child and a member of a family. However, my parents cannot find the account that controls my account, which means they can't change my settings to give me access to anything. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

    Sorry but there's nothing that anyone can suggest here. Your parents could try contacting phone support but they might not even know which account was used as the parental account.

    Call Customer Phone Support, they Should be able to advise you of the Microsoft account that is marked as parent account, If you no longer have access to that you will need to complete a Account Recovery (password reset)
