Discus and support Xbox One Family Error 0x80bd0004 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When going into settings and trying to control family settings I get the following message.     When going into settings and trying to control family settings I get the following message.

    "We couldn't get your family info from Xbox Live. (0x80bd0004)

    When trying to manage my family settings online (Sign in to your Microsoft account) I get

    Error

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

    Suddenly unable to sign in or connect.

    I am getting the error code (0x80bd0004) talking about some problem with "family info"

    most probably a parental account is linked to that profile and it needs to be downloaded on the console, sign in with it and go to settings on the right side of the page and change the settings for the child account

    I blieved it a glitch on XBL side or the server is down. If keeps up. Called the good boy and girls at phone support. The number in Canada and US is 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
