Xbox one failure to start up.

bought a new xbox one S and it worked fine for a year then all of a sudden when i press the power button it makes the usual chime but after 10 seconds it just shuts back down. No logo screen or boot process. This is the fourth console with the same issue.
There is no metal or magnetic devices in 15 feet of the unit, nothing to block ventelation. Each bought from walmart. Iv sent two in to a repair center to be told they cant help becase they believed the were tampered with and no explanation how or why the
problem occured in the first place.

Its not been broken tho.. but it doesnt matter now. After spending over $1000 on consoles for them to do this after a year and no help on any of them im obviously wasting my time and yours.

Hi. Did you send the console back for an exchange? If that doesn't work, try contacting Xbox official support for another AC adaptor. You might gotten a defected version.

Hi Zues,

The reason it was sent back due to being tampered with, is the seal has been broken. You can try the troubleshooting

Xbox wont turn on. Make sure to try all steps.

Did that and after it still chimes the power buttons light comes on but shuts down before boot screen. Iv made an attempt to send it in just to have it returned with the claim its been tampered with. No one else has acess to the console in the home.
