XBOX One Failure to load after Green loading screen...

I'm not sure if this issue has been on the forums before but i haven't run across it yet

earlier today my console was turned on and it showed the green loading screen with the loading dots underneath it.

after that it just goes completely blank, no menu, no anything... the HDMI is still transmitting signal to my TV but it's just a blank screen.

I've tried holding down my power button which just did the same thing after i turned it on again,

I've also disconnected and unplugged my main power from my power strip and everything... still goes into a black screen after the green loading screen.

Please help...

XBOX one wont load up

My sns xbox one wont load up. when switched on the green screen appears as if the computer is loading then after a while goes to a black screen.

anyone have any ideas?

Blank screen!!!!

HELP ME !!!!! My xbox one won't load. The green screen comes on and then instead of the home screen loading the screen goes black. Any suggestions please guys

I had same problem any only way to get out of it is a factory reset via thumb drive. Also since it happened to me I was having many problems unable to install or play games. Ultimately had to send in for repair this last week. Bad hard drive i believe..

Me too ive done it all and nothing works all i want to do is play my games

I've tried all of the reset options... I even tried the Offline USB start-up reset.

but, I couldn't even get my console to load from the USB Drive,

I got a hold of an XBOX rep through the online chat and everything they had me try didn't work...

so we set up a return and swap for another console....

Now I'm waiting for the return shipping label, so we'll see what happens

I'm deff. pretty ***/upset about it :/

Im having the same exact problems. This morning my system was working, unplugged it, brought it somewhere else and now nothing.
