    To Whom it may concern.

    I recently bought two games online and downloaded it and installed the games. Ever since I bought Cyber Punk it gave me issues crashing and then started causing all my other games to crash.

    I did a factory reset as per diagnostics procedure and to no avail, my device boots and does not complete the boot.

    Has anyone experienced any similar issues when buying digital download games from Xbox store ?

    I miss Gaming Fifa2022 I just bought and Skyrim. Cyber Punk looked so promising as well.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    In this case, we just need to reset your console keeping your games and apps again through the Xbox Troubleshooter page. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Make sure to follow the steps accordingly to access it:

    1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

    2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

    4. Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    5. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

    When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and keep my games and apps".

    If you're still having issues after unplugging and doing the other troublshooting steps, I'd suggest a factory reset
    (deleting files). If you find after that you're still having problems with it hanging during boot up, and after a couple hours of play you may need to send it in for repairs using

    Have you tried a factory reset and try doing an offline system update ? To me it seems you corrupted the os on the xbox installed to the internal drive. If you interrupted the update. So i suggest doing a fresh system update while offline after a factory reset. Apart from that any change in the boot animation aka the boot logo when you first boot up the xbox. The time it takes to get to the dashboard before and after this happened. That happened to my xbox series s regardless of being in standby and powersaving.

    Try to go to SETTINGS, then SYSTEM, then CONSOLE INFO and last CONSOLE RESET, pick option to KEEP ALL GAMES AND APPS and let console restart, do SET UP after and see if any change, if console does not boot, try to do a RESET with a USB FLASH DRIVE,
