    Xbox one failing when goes to check Xbox live login.


    Both elderscrolls and battlefield so far. Elder scrolls faile when you hit (a) to start, which is when it checks your live login. Battlefiel automatically does it and goes to a dlack screen. They never fail, just hang indefinately.

    Good day

    You will need to perform a hard reset/power cycle.

    Press and hold the Xbox logo in the front until it switches off. Waiting 30 seconds before switching it back on.

    Make sure you own gold membership and try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    Can't connect to XBOX Live

    When I try to login to Xbox Live, it brings up the security prompt asking me to confirm my email and password. After I have done so, it will attempt to log me in, but it then fails and gives the error code: 800705B4 even after I checked the Xbox Live status.
    I'm not the only user on the console and the other user is able to login just fine.

    I rebooted everything and still won’t let me. I tried starting Elder Scrolls Online and right after server selection, it just states Login Failed ‘Could not connect to Xbox Live’ try again later.

    To check if it was just the game, I tried to play Battlefield one, but just when it finds a match, it puts Matchmaking Failed, error code 34600.

    I just did as you recommended, but it’s not letting me play yet.
