    Anyone else having this issue? Xbox One going into endless loop after the update. Have tried the online troubleshooting to load OSU1 from USB drive but that fails as well along with complete reset of all data on the Xbox.

    Appears MS pushed out an update that essentially 'bricked' many Xbox's.

    The retailer can't help you, since Microsoft doesn't sell PSU's separately . You have to send the broken one back.

    I had the same problem. Turned out to be a faulty power supply unit. Microsoft will replace it, it just takes a long time. It's been a month since I sent mine in, and it won't get here for another 2 weeks
