    Xbox one failing to get into troubleshooting mode.


    I tried to get into the troubleshooting menu to do a factory reset due to a ton of jank happening recently. I haven't been able to get into the insider app to downgrade my console (btw I'm in alpha ring), haven't been able to open network settings, haven't been able to accept invites or join people from Xbox menus, while ingame menus work fine, and my Xbox booting into low resolution that I have to fix every time I turn my Console back on. When I tried to get into the troubleshoot menu by holding the sync and eject buttons, then the power button, it made a few extra noises, then boots into the normal home screen after a black screen that I have to get out of by pressing home and then back.

    I'm Nilay and I'll be glad to answer your query today.

    Your Xbox might not be able to read discs if it's using instant-on power mode. Try switching to Energy-saving mode and restarting the console before testing another game. To disable instant-on power mode: Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    I'd suggest you visit https://support.xbox.com/help/games...roubleshoot-problems-playing-disc-on-xbox-one and follow suggested troubleshooting steps from there. Hope you will get the fix.

    Volta mode is fine and probably the only thing to note in the new version, but career mode (the one I usually play) is simply just broken (and won't be fixed in next patch) so for me it is just another fail by EA, not getting the game after the demo for
    sure.
