    Xbox one factory resetting


    my Xbox one console keeps asking me to re do the initiall start up process. Also it keeps saying there is an update the same update every time of 352mb. The thing is I have had this console for nearly 2 years and I have not found anything online like if
    there is a bug or if my console may need to be replaced.

    The same things is happening to me, and it appears several other people in different forum posts as well, so I don't think it's your console. Hopefully we'll hear something soon about this.

    Mine just started doing this exact same thing. Really sucks having to reload Fallout 4 mods every single time!! Funny that I never had this problem until I did the latest Fallout 4 automatic game upgrade/patch (extra content on the
    start up menu that I doubt I'll ever use). Sounds like a bug in the system and not bad consoles. That's my guess.

    Hi mickaelc1!

    Thanks for your post, to factory rest your console follow these steps below.

    1. Enter Settings for your console
    2. Choose System
    3. Select Console Info
    4. Choose Reset Console

    There is the option to reset and remove everything and reset and keep my games & apps, the latter will keep all games and apps installed so you do not have to reinstall them, and the first completely removes everything from the console. For more information
