    Xbox One Factory Reseting?


    Over the last few days, any time I go to turn on my Xbox, it sends me through a setup process as though it's a new Xbox. I constantly have to add my Xbox Live Account, set up my timezone, etc. Once I finish it though, my storage/memory is still intact so
    luckily I don't have to reinstall all my games/apps.

    Any ideas what could be causing this issue>

    Hi,

    There was an issue that was pushed recently.

    This has been resolved, can you monitor it and let us know if it happens again.

    Mine just started doing this exact same thing. Really sucks having to reload Fallout 4 mods every single time!! Funny that I never had this problem until I did the latest Fallout 4 automatic game upgrade/patch (extra content on the
    start up menu that I doubt I'll ever use). Sounds like a bug in the system and not bad consoles. That's my guess.

    The same things is happening to me, and it appears several other people in different forum posts as well, so I don't think it's your console. Hopefully we'll hear something soon about this.

    Hi mickaelc1!

    Thanks for your post, to factory rest your console follow these steps below.

    1. Enter Settings for your console
    2. Choose System
    3. Select Console Info
    4. Choose Reset Console

    There is the option to reset and remove everything and reset and keep my games & apps, the latter will keep all games and apps installed so you do not have to reinstall them, and the first completely removes everything from the console. For more information
