    Hello, today I accessed my console and I wanted to connect to xbox live and I found a message saying that my console had been excluded from the xbox live service. I need an immediate solution and the reason please.

    We aren't able to assist with Enforcement questions here on the forums. Console bans are taken extremely seriously by the Enforcement team and aren't issued without solid reason. Once a console ban is issue your only option is to purchase a new Xbox One as
