Xbox One Ethernet Port Stopped working

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're Xbox One's ethernet port is no longer letting your console get connected to the internet. It does sound like it could be an internal component situation based off of
the troubleshooting and different things you've tried. Here you can review you're Warranty and Repair options:

Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced. It may be worth a shot going to your local Microsoft Store are getting in touch with them to see if any options at all are possible.

If you've had it for less than a year, it would be under warranty still. If it's no longer under warranty you would have to see if it makes sense to just use it wirelessly, pay for the repair, or purchase a new system.

That's a really odd issue, I can advise you two more things to try, if maybe the issue persists... the next step will be request a repair order for your console:

1. When possible try connecting your Xbox console to a different router to see if that does the trick, or if you have a laptop/PC that supports sharing internet via Ethernet port, you can try it in that way

2. In case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

Have you tried physically power cycling your console? It will help your Xbox do a quick 'reset' and may resolve your problem. Here is more information at Xbox support on how to do this:

I'm sorry to hear about the console issues. If you haven't yet, the next step I'd recommend is performing a full

factory reset of your console. If that doesn't do the trick and you continue to experiencing disconnections, you may want to consider having the console repaired. That process can be explored via our
Online Service Center.

Hopefully the factory reset does the trick though. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
