Xbox one et code invalide

J'ai acheté le 12 juillet 2016 une XBOX ONE avec laquelle un jeu était offert en suivant une manipulation sur www.xbox.com/name-your-name

J'ai saisi le code 16 chiffres qui doit me donner un code 25 chiffres pour pouvoir télécharger le jeu mais lorsque je saisi ce code 16 chiffres, on me répond que ce code n'est pas valide...

J'ai appelé le SAV qui m'a demandé d'attendre 5 jours or cela fait 13 jours et toujours rien dans la bote mail.

Je viens de rappeler aujourd'*** et on me conseille de poster la question sur le forum.

Auriez-vous une solution ?

RB3 HMV Pre-order code. Was given a PS3 one instead of 360 one?

On the back of the voucer it has the playstation logo, playstation network logo, nothing to do with Xbox at all.
The code is 3 strings of 4 codes, and I've tried the code but it says it's invalid.

Non je n'ai pas de code d'erreur mais ils me disent que le mot de passe ou l'adresse Email sont invalides .

Et oui j'ai accès a xbox.com avec mon Email .
